Rowanbank Environmental Arts & Education commissioned ethnographic research with children aged 9 to 11, in May 2021. These children live in areas of multiple deprivation in Edinburgh, Scotland.  Two Primary 6 groups  learned about climate change and the natural world, across five weeks of outdoor workshops held in a local woodland. This is the researcher’s story,  shared by Edinburgh University. She shares the key processes and research findings. These  included a positive behavioural change in the children.
