Education Scotland is an Executive Agency of the Scottish Government with a remit to support quality and improvement in education. The National Improvement Hub is Education Scotland’s gateway to educational improvement, resources and support, providing practitioners with access to: self-evaluation and improvement tools, knowledge/research, teaching and assessment resources, exemplars of practice and support for on-line collaboration and networks. OWL Scotland is dedicated to increasing the use of Scotland’s outdoor environments for learning, and is supported by Forestry Commission Scotland. Nationally OWL Scotland supports outdoor and woodland learning for local OWL groups through provision of grants, resources, advice, training and networking opportunities
