Have you seen a healthy ash tree surrounded by dying ash trees? The Living Ash Project aims to identify a large and diverse number of ash trees with good tolerance to ash dieback. This is to help breed future stocks of health and resistant trees. This might be worth exploring for groups using woodland and forests for learning, as well as forest managers.
