The Hoverfly Lagoons project is nearly ready to kick off again this year! If you haven’t already, now is the time to create some Hoverfly Lagoons in your outdoor space! Please see the Buzz Club project webpage for instructions, and detailed methods.
Those new to the project are asked to create one (minimum) Lagoon with a container of your choice, and search your Lagoon and the pupation tray once a month from May until October, then submit your findings (including zero counts) via this Google form.
This is a great STEM and Citizen Science project for schools.
