Description

The research was undertaken between 2017 and 2019 by Dr Richard Sheldrake, Ruth Amos and Professor Michael J. Reiss, who work at University College London in its Institute of Education. Data were obtained from twelve of the 37 Wildlife Trusts in England, which revealed that wellbeing increased and the children also gained educational, personal and social benefits, after spending time in nature.
