Every two years, WWF publishes the Living Planet Report (LPR)—a comprehensive look at the health of the natural world. The latest edition reveals an average 73% decline in wildlife populations of mammals, birds, fish, reptiles, and amphibians over the past 50 years. The LPR highlights ecosystems and species facing the biggest challenges and expands on successful conservation efforts.

The report and its Youth Edition are valuable tools for teaching students to read scientific texts, interpret data, and understand the deep connections between humans and nature.
