Description

This paper published online: 19 July 2012 by Anne K. Liefländer et al (Journal of Environmental Psychology, Volume 63, June 2019, Pages 134-138) describes research to examine differences in connectedness with nature among a sample of children with differing ages and academic tracks, and to investigate whether environmental education can help promote and sustain connectedness with nature. Findings suggest that strengthening connectedness to nature is more sustainable before the age of 11.
