Description
This pack contains background information on the National Park, its special qualities, the main land uses, and provides examples of habitats and biodiversity, highlighting the role of the National Park Authority in mitigating the impacts. It has three supporting case studies – Peatland Restoration, Red squirrels and Invasive Non Native Species. This resource supports Nat 4/5 and Environmental Science, but can be used to introduce these topics for BGE pupils as well.
