Greenspace Scotland have shared news on regulations which have been laid in the Scottish Parliament to support the preparation of play sufficiency assessments in Scotland.
They are due to come into force on 19 May 2023 and set out the provisions relating to the new duty which requires planning authorities to assess the sufficiency of play opportunities for children in their areas.
