This paper (in Scottish Educational Research Journal, Vol 51 No 1 2019) describes ways used to engage primary education students in socio-scientific discussion focused on climate change, based on a case study looking at a group of University of West of Scotland primary education undergraduates. The author examines academic literature relating to the use of socio-scientific discussion in addressing Learning for Sustainability in Scottish schools.
