Earthwatch Europe report on their Green Earth Schools programme.
“Earlier this month, our team had a very successful ‘Creativity Day’ with Holy Cross Catholic School in Leicester as a first step on their Green Earth Schools journey. Using LEGO®, the pupils came up with lots of great ideas how to improve their school grounds. They want to recreate a pond space that has fallen into disrepair. Now we are working with our landscapers to develop a solar-panelled fountain that will allow the children to hear the water flow again and create a calm, relaxing nature space. We can’t wait to return for the ‘Build Day’ to see how this will turn out!”
