Backbone is a leading BAME outdoor environmental education organisation addressing diversity and inclusion in the outdoor sector. This Backbone Symposium aims to create a unique and safe space for a gathering of minds from a wide range of outdoor/environmental organisations and Black & Minority Ethnic (BAME) representatives. This is an initial 3 stage then ongoing process starting March 2021.
