On 16th July 2020 the Scottish Government announced a new Transitional Support Fund to support childcare providers in the private and third sectors to safely re-open. The grants will help with costs including increased cleaning and development of outdoor learning spaces. The Scottish Government Early Learning and Childcare Directorate has also issued a letter to all childcare providers explaining what these recent updates mean for them.
